By signing up or using DueCycle, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. About the Service
DueCycle is a web application for recurring home-maintenance reminders. We send email and push notifications on the schedule you configure.
2. Account
- An email is required. Sign-up is via magic link (no passwords).
- You must be 16 years or older.
- You are responsible for securing your email. If your email account is compromised, someone can access your DueCycle account.
- One account per person.
3. Payment and Access
3.1. Free Tier
- Up to 5 active tasks.
- History: last 10 completions.
3.2. Paid Tier
- One-time payment of $15 — lifetime access to all features. Not a subscription.
- Processed via Plata by Mono. We do not store card details.
- Paid tier removes limits: unlimited tasks and full completion history.
4. Refunds
If you're not satisfied, we'll refund the full amount within 14 days of purchase. Just email support@duecycle.appfrom your account's email — no questions asked.
After 14 days refunds are not guaranteed, but we consider each request individually.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the service for illegal purposes.
- Attempt to bypass limits (reverse-engineering, scraping).
- Create fake accounts or sell your account.
- Intentionally overload the infrastructure (DDoS, request spam).
- Use tasks to deliver spam, malicious links, or inappropriate content.
Violating these rules is grounds for account termination without a refund.
6. Your Content
Task titles, notes, intervals — all of that is yours. We do not claim rights to your content. We only store and display it back to you.
You are responsible for the legality of your content. We may remove content that violates the law or these terms.
7. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance downtime is possible. We are not liable for missed reminders caused by service outages — critical tasks (e.g., safety-related ones) should be backed up by other means.
8. Account Termination
- You can delete your account anytime from settings or by emailing support@duecycle.app.
- We may terminate your account if you violate these terms (with notice in non-emergency cases).
- If we discontinue the service, we'll give 60 days' notice and allow you to export your data.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or fully meet your expectations. You use it at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DueCycle is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of data, profits, or opportunities.
- Damages from missed reminders.
Our maximum aggregate liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
11. Intellectual Property
DueCycle, the logo, design, and code are ours. You receive only the right to use the service — you do not acquire rights to the product itself.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in the courts at DueCycle's place of registration. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the rights granted by your country's national legislation.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
